Founded by Dean DeGross in 1992, Quality Homes quickly built a reputation for excellence and attention to detail. Since then, we have partnered with our customers, bringing more than 1400 homes to life.

For 20 years, our homes have seen retirement dreams come to life, raised families, celebrated birthdays and graduations, hosted holiday parties, family dinners, and have been the envy of neighbors and friends.

For 20 years, our homes have protected loved ones, comforted families, and served as a shelter from the storms of life. In fact when Hurricane Charley tore a path through Charlotte County in 2004, destroying entire neighborhoods, our homes had very little, if any, damage. When neighbors lost roofs, we lost a few shingles. Where friends lost walls, we replaced a few pieces of soffit. Where loved ones lost their family photos and valuable heirlooms, we simply replaced a few windows and repaired pool cages.
